- Diagnostic testing. Truck suddenly Idles rough when driving less than 10 MPH and once you let off the Gas the Vehicle will stall out and die. – Computer scan – Found no Current or History Codes, did notice Alternator, when it starts running bad only putting out 1 Volt.
