    • Check overheating- Found Water pump bearing bad, Radiator leaking, and Radiator cap bad. Serpentine belt cracking and should be replaced. Pressure test after repairs, pressure test good. No heat from vents, suspect clogged heater core. Blend door actuator operates but heater not hot. A/C is cold.
    • Removed & Replaced – RADIATOR
    • Remove & Replace – WATER PUMP
    • Removed & Replaced – THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET

    • Diagnose front suspension- -Found minor play in right lower ball joint. Joint has been replaced but grease point was not installed, ball joint appears dry. -Found moderate play in Left lower ball joint. Ball joint appears original to vehicle. -Found tires are Approx 4 yrs old and have no indication of having been rotated. Tire rotation is crucial to ensure proper tire wear and longevity. Left front tire has cords showing. UNSAFE -Found right CV axle is improper part, or improperly installed. Loose fit on differential output shaft may have caused further damage to right front output shaft in front differential.
    • Removed and Replaced both lower Ball Joints
    • Removed and Replaced INTERMEDIATE SHAFT and CV AXLE on the Front Left side
    • Remove & Replace – BELT
